History

The Relais Parco del Subasio was created in 2006 by the discendents of the Simonelli  family with the purpose of do relive the old farm and not to lose its personal history, its authentic and genuine values.
The farmhouse dates back to the early 1900s and the area “Casella” so was named the old house, surrounded by woodlands, olive groves and vineyards and accom-panied by the sound of birds. Here the rhythm of life, not always easy and reward-ing, was marked by the alternation of day and night, by the seasons and by the re-ligious festivals typical of the area.
Spirit of sacrifice, hard work, cooperation and mutual aid have always been the foundation and the principles which have sustained and marked until now FOUR generations.
