The Spoleto Apartment (two-bedroom flat) was created of animals stables of the old rural farmhouse. It has a terrace available from the rooms and from the living room. It is situat-ed on the ground floor with (65-70 square meters).

The residence is sunny in the morning and shade in the early afternoon.

Near the entrance this charming apartment also has its own small vegetable garden called by the Family  the ‘Garden of simples’ which  guests can use to give flavor to their dishes.

The Spoleto Apartment has a separate entrance and it has an equipped outdoor  garden and reserved area for guests of the apartment.
